Grace VanderWaal captured the imagination of seemingly every audience member the moment when the ‘tween walked onstage with a ukulele to sing a song for her audition on America’s Got Talent.

Now, the 13-year-old singer-songwriter, and winner of the popular show’s 11th season, is the youngest person ever to join Fender’s artist signature series. Fender announced that VanderWaal’s signature ukulele will debut in spring 2018. In the meantime, she’s been playing a few of the company’s newly released California Coast series ukuleles, which is a redesign of the company’s ukulele line that debuted this summer.
